Zap!

Monday, November 17th, 2008

This is a short identity promotion for the norwegian TV channel NRK 3, to be sent in between programs. They bought a whole bunch of these from different designers to establish a varied, creative look, and give them a more youthful image than their two sister channels.

Båtmannen

Sunday, November 16th, 2008

Båtmannen (The Boatman) is a 4 page comic featured in Jippi Comics’ anthology Forresten, issue #22. It’s about a regular boatman, punching the clock and getting souls to the afterlife before going out with his pals for beer.

John Zorn - Naked City

JZ02

This is another typographic experiment, this time a CD sleeve for John Zorn’s Naked City. I’ve tried to reflect his music in the type by including both fonts and hand drawn letters in varied sizes, keeping it organic. And a little bit spooky.

Rise of the Robots

Sunday, November 16th, 2008

What can I say? I like robots. This is a poster for a private movie night that got cancelled.

Razika

Sunday, November 16th, 2008

This is a band logo I did just because I liked how the letters fit together. The band doesn’t know about it. If you happen to be in this band and like the logo, please say so.

Fnugg

Sunday, November 16th, 2008

This logo is for my pet project comic fanzine. It will be so underground, you’ll need a shovel to find it.

Bancu

Sunday, November 16th, 2008

Logo from a school assignment, this one supposed to represent a bank. I wanted to keep it classical and clean, yet fresh and friendly. The logo is based on Freight.

Sell-a-lot Records

Thursday, November 13th, 2008

This is a logo for the super indie record label Sell-a-lot records. They are so indie, they don’t even use it.

UPDATE: This is an older logo (never used) for the same record label.

Pippi Longstocking

Thursday, November 13th, 2008

This is a school assignment where we were to reimagine the swedish childrens stories about Pippi Longstocking. I tried to make her as tough as she appeared in the original Astrid Lindgren stories, both in linework and attitude. Tommy and Annika are emo kids, and her horse is a motorcycle.

One, two, three, desert!

This is an illustration I created as a gift. I went on to silk screen this in a limited quantity during a workshop. Please excuse the bad picture quality, the pictures were taken with a crappy cell phone camera.
